Why not believe? In Acts 26 Paul faces another cross-examination this time from King Agrippa and the Roman Governor, Festus. They both confirm that Paul is not breaking the law or doing anything deserving punishment, but they cut short Paul’s witness rather than facing up to the decision they both should make to respond to Jesus.
